Main Responsibilities:
Set and execute strategy
Develop rigorous evidence based analyses, models and insights to inform various strategies for SPC NA relating to overarching growth priorities and key transformation initiatives. This will require identifying and aggregating internal knowledge and stakeholders, managing vendors and iterating to incorporate OneSanofi strategic objectives.
Gather and translate new market information regarding policy, technology, provider/payer spaces and consumer trends into knowledge that can keep the team current, adaptive and competitive.
Fulfill annual operating plans and workstreams
Enable high-impact operating decisions by leading strategic analyses with adaptive methodologies across various business needs and time horizons. Draw on data, research, and ideas both internal and external, and identify creative sources of data and information as needed. Draft various deliverables for different audiences and needs.
Remove barriers to progress and accelerate workstream execution by conducting focused, short term problem solving and reframing, including clarifying trade offs and risk
Drive accountability and progress by monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting initiatives in coordination with franchise or functional unit teams
Orchestrate key projects, change management and events that accelerate growth
Accelerate special projects by leading the development of frameworks, business plans, and operating processes that help partner executives move faster and more strategically
Drive change at scale by developing best practices, trainings, and templates
About You
Qualifications:
MBA
Minimum of 15+ years in health care strategy consulting, with a focus on high visibility, mission-critical growth initiatives
Operating experience developing AI-driven SaMD products, including creating product and regulatory strategy for AI-driven and managing cross-functional teams (research, engineering, sales, marketing, and finance) throughout the software development lifecycle. Understanding of evolving FDA regulations, intended use, product development, and quality management systems (QMS).
Deep understanding of today’s and tomorrow’s health care industry dynamics and stakeholders, including payor and provider decision making, AI/ML strategy and use cases, and transformation management
Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to navigate complex business challenges, bring new perspective and question the status quo, and identify and structure innovative solutions
Experience developing business plans, financial models, and sequenced project plans
Deep expertise in translating strategy to change at scale via best practices, trainings, templates, etc.
Ability to partner with, persuade, and motivate senior executives, senior leaders, clinicians, and technical and scientific experts in a matrixed environment
Agility, flexibility and ability to manage ambiguity

The salary range for this position is:
$172,500.00 - $249,166.66All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
