About the Job
The Senior Product Manager, HCP Marketing will be a key member of the US Dupixent HCP marketing team, contributing to the dermatology indications including AD, PN, CSU & BP. This individual will be responsible for the development and execution of innovative marketing NPP strategies and tactics focusing on Health Care Professional customer segments. The role will work closely with cross functional partners including global marketing, field commercial teams, medical, business operations and patient support services along with the alliance partners. This position requires a highly motivated individual who can work effectively in a dynamic team environment with a high degree of autonomy and creative problem-solving skills.
This position is based in Cambridge, MA and will report into the Head of Marketing.

Main Responsibilities:
Competencies and expectations associated with this role include but are not limited to the following:
Contribute to development and execution of print and digital marketing tactics to support disease state education and Dupixent education in AD, PN, CSU & BP. This role will help drive digital execution of tactics for the dermatology portfolio.
Work with the digital teams to develop branded customer website content and execute annual review process of all the digital assets (DSE and branded).
Co-lead media plan development and execution, including social media strategy and execution.
Contribute to the development, creation, and implementation of unbranded and branded promotional materials, digital and print.
Contribute to POA planning and field team pull-through
Mange the relationships with Agency partners to ensure successful development and execution of marketing strategy and tactics on time, within allocated budget.
Effectively influence, collaborate, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
Participate in several brand critical initiatives such as but not limited to, brand planning, competitive planning, budget management, market research, and message & creative evolution.
Champion material through Joint Review Committee (JRC).
Ensure that all marketing processes, documents, and tactics are developed and implemented in accordance with Sanofi Genzyme corporate compliance guidelines.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in product/brand management in the US pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industries.
A comprehensive understanding of the key dynamics driving the US health care environment.
Ability to quickly understand and communicate all clinical data / publications to support business objectives.
Understanding of market research, creative development, and experience with the regulatory review/approval process.
Ability to interact widely and effectively both within the company and with cross-functional partners (i.e., on an interdepartmental and interdisciplinary basis).
About You
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong project management and demonstrated analytical skills
Passionate, confident, articulate, and comfortable in a team environment.
US pharmaceutical marketing or sales experience preferred
Experience with specialty products
BS/BA required

The salary range for this position is:
$122,250.00 - $176,583.33All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
