Main Responsibilities
Leadership & Management
Lead visual inspection operations during 3rd shift
Supervise shop floor operations including FTE and TPW
Coach and develop staff
Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, Annex 1 and regulatory requirements
Manage recruitment, training and development of team members
Quality & Compliance
Review batch records for correctness and completeness
Conduct preliminary deviation investigations and GEMBA walks
Interface with regulatory agencies during inspections/audits
Document creation and review
Operations & Planning
Production planning and scheduling
Project management and support
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate with cross-functional teams
Work Schedule
3rd shift
Coverage may include weekends and holidays as required
Health & Safety Requirements
Ensure safe work environment and follow company safety policies
Participate in incident investigations and HSE8 walkthroughs
Support Joint Health and Safety Committee initiatives
About You
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or related field preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing
Minimum 3 years of team leadership/managing people experience
Knowledge of cGMP requirements and quality systems
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with root cause investigation principles
Preferred: knowledge of automated/semi-automated inspection equipment for liquid and lyophilized products
Preferred: SAP knowledge/ iShift knowledge/ eBR

The salary range for this position is:
$84,750.00 - $122,416.66All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
