About the Job
Accountable for the pre-launch development of an end-to-end patient engagement experience for Amlitelimab, combining project management expertise with change management leadership. Reporting to the US Commercial Lead, amlitelimab, this position serves as the critical link between large investment digital initiatives and business implementation, ensuring patient-centered solutions are delivered across the entire patient journey.
Amlitelimab is a Sanofi priority asset for development and a key internal project that is spearheading the development and launch of the new Sanofi vision for global leadership in Immunology. The Patient Engagement Lead will manage all aspects of US Patient strategy development and work with the launch preparation team for the first and biggest indication for this priority Sanofi asset. This role calls for collaborative cross-functional leadership across the Digital, Commercial, and Launch Project teams to deliver on the launch vision and develop a world class innovative launch.

Main Responsibilities:
Project Management (40%)
Working with Global Team and Digital Lead Immunology, optimize the development and execution of Amlitelimab Patient Engagement programs/experience from conception to implementation with the objective to localize to the US Market and maximize Time To Patient Peak on therapy (TTPP).
Co-develop experience strategy, roadmap and success criteria working hand in hand with Global digital and Business teams to prioritize features and requirements to maximize business impact and patient needs
Represent the US Brand voice for all its labeling, risk management activities, customer training, and related post-market surveillance activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders and manage expectations on product development and deliveries. Engage with cross-functional teams (business, commercial, medical affairs, clinical affairs, cybersecurity, privacy, pharmacovigilance, legal team and more) to deliver safe and effective products that excel in performance and usability.
Analyze and solve operational barriers affecting program delivery, with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure program effectiveness
Change Management (60%)
Develop and implement change management strategies to support adoption of new patient engagement initiatives including communication plans, stakeholder management, and training programs, to help digital and business teams adapt to new digital tools and processes
Assess organizational readiness and develop plans to address resistance
Work closely with digital team, GTMC, business teams, and senior leadership to coordinate change management activities and ensure a clear understanding and consensus on change objectives and plans among all stakeholders
Advocate for patient-centered design in all initiatives

Qualifications:
10+ years of pharmaceutical commercial / patient marketing experience.
Demonstrated success working in a matrixed environment.
Dermatology and/or relevant Immunology/Biologics commercial experience required.
US market commercial experience preferred.

The salary range for this position is:
