Main Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a simplified, global S2P core model aligned with Sanofi's Operating Model standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and standardization to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
Drive core model adherence across functions and geographies; oversee BPO partner delivery of Source to Pay processes.
Ensure high-quality, compliant delivery of Source-to-Pay sub-processes and adoption of Sanofi’s Core Model.
Build and maintain policies and documentation aligned with “Simple to Operate” principles.
Chair the S2P Design Authority Board and lead decision-making for process and technology initiatives.
Establish governance frameworks and controls to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
About You
Proven experience in Procurement, Finance, or Source-to-Pay leadership roles.
Demonstrated success in process optimization, standardization, and change management.
Strong understanding of global S2P processes and operating models.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to influence and drive adoption of standardized processes.
Fluent in English; willingness to travel up to 40%.

The salary range for this position is:
$184,500.00 - $266,500.00All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
