The Global Rare Diseases Franchise is a key strategic business unit within Sanofi, focused on developing and delivering life-changing therapies for patients with rare diseases worldwide. The Franchise Strategy and Operations team plays a critical role in enabling the success of this mission through operational excellence, strategic coordination, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

As a Manager within this team, you will be at the heart of supporting the team's operational effectiveness, helping to drive initiatives that impact patients with rare conditions globally. Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Franchise Operations team with various ad hoc, time-bound priority projects for the franchise

  • Coordinate and support town halls and employee engagement activities.

  • Participate in and capture key insights and follow up tasks from the Franchise Head Roundtables, the Global brand Lead forums, and the franchise operations team meetings.

  • Manage the Franchise calendar

  • Lead Organization of Franchise Teams Folders/documents (Sharepoint)

  • Maintain and update team distribution lists to ensure proper communication flow

  • Manage the global rare diseases mailbox, ensuring timely responses and appropriate routing of inquiries

  • Support the team with Product Review Board submissions across Regulatory, Medical and Legal Reviewers

  • Partner with Corporate Communications to maintain communication channels across the franchise and liaise with other functions as needed

  • Support internal communications strategy and execution

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration on various projects and initiatives

About You

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative management

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in teams, small groups and in a large group presentation environment

  • Travel approximately 10%

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders

  • Proactive problem-solving approach

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information

  • Adaptability and flexibility in a changing environment

  • Collaborative team player with ability to work independently under minimal supervision and direction

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred

  • Experience supporting senior leadership teams preferred

  • Project management certification or experience preferred
