The Team Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the effective functioning of the Sanofi Integrated Launch Capabilities (SILC) team. This role serves as a key point of contact, coordinating activities, managing communications, and supporting team initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity.

Main Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for team events and activities

  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items

  • Process expense reports and manage travel arrangements for team members

  • Maintain organized filing systems for team documentation, both digital and physical

  • Handle confidential information with appropriate discretion and security

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Coordinate cross-functional activities and facilitate information flow between departments

  • Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and other business documents

  • Support internal communications initiatives and help disseminate important updates

Project Support

  • Assist with project coordination, tracking deliverables and timelines

  • Prepare status reports and compile data for team performance metrics

  • Support the organization of team events, workshops, and training sessions

  • Help monitor project budgets and resource allocation

Team Operations

  • Maintain team tools and resources, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible

  • Support onboarding of new team members and coordinate training requirements

  • Assist with procurement processes and vendor management

  • identify opportunities to improve team processes and implement efficiency measures

About You

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2-3 years of administrative or coordination experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated with Global team travel, calendar management and expense management

  • Demonstrated experience in senior leader meeting and off-site coordination and planning, including planning meetings in global and US locations
