SalesRabbit is looking for a high-impact Sales Manager to lead our Rooflink Account Executive team. You won’t just be a manager; you will be a coach, a strategist, and a builder. You will lead a team of high-performing AEs focused on the roofing vertical, helping them navigate complex deals, build robust pipelines, and consistently exceed quotas. Responsibilities of the role:

  • Frontline Leadership & Coaching: Dedicate 50%+ of your time to call coaching (live and recorded), deal strategizing, and developing the skills of your Account Executives.
  • Build the Team: Hire, onboard, and ramp new Rooflink Account Executives, ensuring they reach full productivity quickly through structured training.
  • Pipeline Command: Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue with precision. Assist in moving complex deals through the funnel and help reps build "get-well" plans for pipeline gaps.
  • Drive Vertical Mastery: Ensure your team understands the roofing industry deeply and can articulate the specific business value SalesRabbit/Rooflink provides to that buyer.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and partner with Leadership, Marketing, and RevOps to hone our sales strategy and improve conversion rates.
  • Culture of Accountability: Hold the team accountable to activity metrics and revenue targets. Foster a culture where reps own their number and their outcomes.

To be a good fit for this particular role, we require that you have:

  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS, specifically managing closing teams (AEs).
  • 5+ years of experience as a high-performing Account Executive. You must have "carried the bag" and consistently overachieved quotas before leading others.
  • Proven "Vertical Mastery": Ability to speak the language of Field Sales/Construction/Roofing fluently to bypass the trust gap with our buyers immediately.
  • Data-Driven Forecasting skills: Ability to forecast revenue with high accuracy and help AEs diagnose pipeline gaps early.
  • Tech Stack Proficiency: Deep experience with Salesforce (CRM hygiene is non-negotiable) and sales acceleration tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Salesloft) to drive productivity.
  • Excellent communication skills: You can articulate business value clearly and coach your team to negotiate on value, not price (Value Selling).
  • Process Discipline: A track record of identifying broken processes and building solutions (The "Builder" Mindset) rather than waiting for someone else to fix them.
