We’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale the RoofLink sales team. RoofLink is the leading project management and CRM solution tailored specifically for the Roofing industry. As Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in accelerating growth, refining our go-to-market strategy, and coaching a team of high-performing reps focused on bringing our platform to contractors nationwide.

This role requires a strong understanding of the roofing or construction tech space, a proven ability to lead sales teams, and a passion for building process-driven growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure we’re attracting, closing, and retaining the right customers as we scale.

To be a good fit for this particular role, we require that you have:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS sales with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
  • 2+ years of combined experience being an SDR and AE.
  • Background in roofing, solar, field services, or construction tech is highly preferred.
  • Proven success managing a pipeline and leading sales teams to exceed quota in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator with excellent coaching, mentoring, and people leadership skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and helping shape processes and strategy in a scaling organization.
  • A builder mindset – you thrive in early-stage or evolving teams where initiative and innovation are key.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Lead and manage the RoofLink sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop SDRs and AEs with a focus on consultative selling and value-based conversations.
  • Own the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to ensure consistent and predictable performance.
  • Refine and optimize sales processes, messaging, and tools in coordination with SalesRabbit’s broader go-to-market strategy.
  • Partner with marketing on lead generation campaigns and with product to provide feedback from the field.
  • Run regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and team trainings to improve conversion rates, close rates, and sales effectiveness.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform strategy.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the RoofLink platform and value proposition to guide reps and prospects.
