As an HR Business Partner II, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting designated business units through HR expertise, proactive communication, driving HR initiatives to increase organizational effectiveness and business performance, and ensuring efficiency and timeliness while contributing to a more sustainable world.
This position contributes to our vision by:
Anticipating and overcoming barriers by providing expert advice to leaders on individual and team performance management such as coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions;
Increasing employee engagement and maintaining positive employee relations by initiating actions and/or processes that improve overall communication, problem resolution and teamwork;
Working closely with leadership to improve work relationships, build engagement, increase productivity and retention;
Executing talent acquisition efforts, consulting with leaders on talent acquisition plans and sources. Recruiting, screening, interviewing and recommending internal and external applicants providing the appropriate mix of skills, talent, and diversity;
Managing and resolving employee relations issues. Conducting effective, prompt, thorough and objective investigations;
Providing guidance and interpretation of CBA, where applicable, and acts as a liaison between labor and management with day to day oversight and negotiations;

Job Requirements
At Safran Electrical & Power, we value service-oriented team players who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to our dynamic, innovative environment.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and 3-5 years of Human Resources experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prefers PHR/SPHR certification and/or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP.
Ability to support the organization through business acumen and organizational metrics - Advanced
Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions and in support of group and company objectives; demonstrated ability to bring new solutions to complex issues. - Advanced
Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills required. - Advanced
