The Line Coordinator is responsible for maintaining inventory counts and quality control procedures for incoming product shipments. Duties include, but are not limited to, inspecting and cross referencing all incoming shipments against product invoices, organizing and storing shipments until outgoing order requests. Responsible for managing inventory and notifying appropriate parties if stock levels are low or not enough is available for fulfillment of shipping order. This position involves working with aircraft parts and is subject to FAA 145 regulations.
This position acts as liaison between production planning and manufacturing line personnel to ensure material requirements are met. Participates in shop floor activities with different functional groups to ensure timely material flow through the manufacturing process. Ensures shop floor documentation is accurate and is transacted into the MRP system in a timely manner. Statuses production completions and brings shop floor issues to the attention of production management and production planning personnel.

Qualifications:
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proactive and able to prioritize tasks
• Comfortable in fast-paced, physically active environments
• Familiarity with industrial equipment
• High school diploma
• Good keyboarding and typing skills
• Proficiency in English
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Aviation industry knowledge preferred
