Job Description
Manager of the FAA 145 repair station, animating the local team (repair technicians, customer team, supply chain, local HR, continuous improvement…).
Responsible for implementing, maintaining and animating the business strategy in line with Safran Aerosystem's strategy.
Accountable for the repair station performances (On Time Delivery, quality, HSE…) as well as its budgeted sales and profit targets
Ensuring that the shop meets all of their regulatory, legal, social, safety and moral obligations
Driving Group projects and innovation throughout the businesses
Supporting the sales and customer team with the major customers
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Animation of the quality and compliance to FAA 145 regulations
• Is responsible for the site's P&L and ensures Sales, Gross Profit, EBITDA, cash flow and working capital are on target
• Ensures performance to Customers
• Ensuring that repair station personnel follow the regulations
• Is in charge of achieving its sales targets through the sales/marketing and pricing team and through the Customer Support Representatives
• Invests in capability development (capability duplication and Entry Into Service) and manages the CAPEX budget and projects achievement
• Manages the business transfer projects
• Manages the Building and all potential infrastructure projects
• Comply with and ensure that direct reports adhere to policies/procedures and regulations, i.e., handbook, training requirements, state and federal regulations, etc.
• Ensuring that all projects necessary for the repair station performance improvement or sustainability are launched and well managed

• Aviation/Aerospace Component Repair Knowledge including CMM, Quality systems and manuals
• Knowledge on the major production management basics and theory

• Four years of college or completion of university program certificate; or minimum five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A&P License preferred

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret Aeronautics International regulations and standards
• Ability to perform public presentation, reporting and synthesis
• Ability to communicate with the authorities and certifications auditors, and with the Management regarding the quality system, audits findings and continuous improvement plan.
• Ability to coordinate Quality, Environment, Health and Safety actions plans
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Ability to create presentations suitable to all levels of audience that may be required
• Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
