The Executive Talent Acquisition (TA) team’s mission is to identify, engage, and hire exceptional leaders who will shape Robinhood’s strategy, scale, and success! We build trusted partnerships across the business, driving excellence in every stage of the executive hiring process and creating a consistent, engaging experience for all stakeholders.
As Senior Manager, Executive Talent Acquisition, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team and own end-to-end executive hiring strategy—partnering with C-suite and VP-level leaders to deliver exceptional outcomes. You’ll elevate our executive hiring programs through data-driven insights, talent intelligence, and operational rigor while building an innovative, high-performing TA organization.
This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA office, with in-person attendance expected at least 4 days per week.

What you’ll do
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Executive Recruiters, Sourcers, and Program Managers
- Drive accountability, performance, and team growth through clear expectations, capacity planning, and strategic resource allocation
- Guide program management, executive talent brand, and TA operations to ensure consistency, quality, and impact
- Partner with C-suite and VP-level leaders to advise on hiring strategy, market trends, and candidate engagement
- Oversee and contribute to high-priority executive searches, maintaining speed, quality, and discretion
- Implement scalable assessment frameworks and playbooks that drive equity and quality in hiring decisions
- Leverage innovative tools, including AI and emerging tech, to increase exec search efficiency and hiring insights
- Lead the development of a talent intelligence function to inform proactive hiring plans and workforce design
- Collaborate with People Operations, Finance, L&D, and Employer Brand to deliver seamless candidate experiences
- Manage TA systems, analytics, vendors, and budget for executive programs, using data to drive continuous improvement
What you bring
- 8+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in executive search and 3+ years managing recruiting teams
- Demonstrated success building, scaling, and leading high-performing recruitment organizations
- Deep knowledge of executive search methodology, market mapping, and stakeholder engagement at the leadership level
- Experience leading talent acquisition operations, including roadmapping, KPI tracking, budgeting, and cross-functional partnerships
- Strong executive presence and communication skills to confidently advise and influence senior leadership
- Comfort experimenting with innovative sourcing strategies and AI-driven tools to improve candidate experience and operational efficiency
- Adaptability and curiosity in testing new approaches while upholding high standards for quality and confidentiality
- Ability to shift between strategic leadership and hands-on execution in a dynamic, high-growth environment

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
