About the team + role

As the newest member of Robinhood's product marketing team, you'll play a key role in growing and nurturing Robinhood's Power Customers.

As a Senior Manager focused on developing integrated media campaigns and buying media for Go To Market campaigns, you will play a crucial role in growing Robinhood's user base. You will be responsible for crafting effective media plans, ensuring creative impact, and collaborating closely with brand, product marketing, performance marketing, and creative teams.

What you’ll do

  • Google Ecosystem Mastery: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies focused on Google properties such as Paid Search, UAC, and YouTube. Stay abreast of the latest trends and updates within the Google ecosystem to leverage new opportunities.
  • User Base Growth: Design and implement campaigns aimed at economically scaling our user base. Apply data-driven insights to target relevant audiences and optimize conversion rates.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Analyze campaign performance using sophisticated analytics tools. Interpret data to understand user behavior, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment. Use these insights to refine strategies and improve overall performance
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage marketing budgets to increase return on investment. Continuously optimize spend across various channels within the Google platform.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, product, and creative, teams to ensure a cohesive growth and optimization strategy that aligns with the growth marketing team goals and objectives
  • Reporting & Communication: Report on campaign performance and insights to senior management. Communicate skills to articulate strategy, results, and recommendations clearly and compellingly

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in media planning, buying, and integrated media campaign development, preferably in the fintech or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing successful media strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional media channels and how they can be leveraged for brand growth.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • A passion for the fintech industry and a commitment to Robinhood’s mission of democratizing finance.

The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.

US Zone 1: $166000 - $195000
US Zone 2: $146000 - $172000
US Zone 3: $129000 - $152000

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. You can view comp zones for our US office locations in the table below. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
