THE WORK:
At Ripple, our outstanding IT team not only ensures the lights stay on, but also allows our employees worldwide to work with maximum efficiency! We’re looking for a hard-working IT Support Specialist to join the team. They will need to be highly motivated and organized, able to work as part of a team. This position will work with the IT Support Manager!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide front-line IT support to employees via walk-ups, tickets, and chats
- Monitor, resolve, and repair IT hardware and software
- Deploy and retrieve computer hardware to/from desks
- Guide new employees through our new hire IT process
- Operate and fix AV systems for meetings and events
- Provide mentorship and support to employees on how to use our IT systems
- Write and update technical documentation for end users and the IT team
- Maintain accurate asset management records
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Experience providing IT support in a corporate environment
- Experience using and fix Macs, Windows, iOS, Android, and G Suite in a business environment
- Knowledge of basic information security principles and standard processes. In-office collaboration for key moments is vital to our culture, and we expect team members to work onsite 4-5 days a week. This ensures consistent face-to-face interactions that foster stronger relationships, enhance real-time problem-solving, and support a more dynamic and innovative team environment. We trust managers and teams to schedule these days flexibly to balance work-life needs.
