Ridgeline is looking for a driven Content Marketer to join a nimble Marketing team at a rapidly growing fintech company. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating our brand's narrative through a range of digital channels and events. Your refined skills in content creation, project management, and corporate marketing will support internal and external brand strategies and help the Go-to-Market team deliver on its ambitious goals.

What will you do?

  • Quickly gain fluency in a highly-technical product and develop marketing strategies that will resonate with a defined audience of financial professionals
  • Create compelling and high-quality content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, and websites.
  • Manage the planning and cross-team coordination for complex projects, including scope, timelines, resourcing, and performance.
  • Support internal and external communication strategies to drive employee engagement, customer loyalty, and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to provide creative direction and ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing materials.
  • Think creatively, own problems, seek solutions, and communicate clearly along the way
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment rooted in learning, teaching, and transparency

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2B, fintech, and/or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in content creation, including writing, editing, and content strategy (samples will be requested).
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
  • Basic design ability and experience creating visual assets that help tell a story.
  • Familiarity with a range of martech platforms, including creative tools, CRM systems, and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Figma, Salesforce, Google Analytics, ChatGPT).
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • An aptitude for problem solving
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Serious interest in having fun at work

Compensation and Benefits

The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $110,000 - $127,500. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
