Overview

We are looking for a VP, Brand Experience to lead the intersection of creative strategy and physical execution. This role is designed for a high-level creative problem solver who can bridge the gap between a conceptual vision and a technical reality.

This role will own the end-to-end vision and technical delivery of premier brand activations—from creative development and technical production to the complex operations required for top-level executive meetings, global conferences, and high-stakes pitch theater. This position requires a strategic leader who can orchestrate complex planning, command a technical production crew, and harness emerging technologies to ensure our client experiences are innovative, high-quality, functionally secure, and flawlessly executed.

Responsibilities

  • Integrated Leadership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of creative, production, and event operations, ensuring alignment of client goals with strategic, innovative solutions.
  • Production Direction & A/V Mastery: Lead technical production crews for high-stakes meetings and live events; proficiently advise on creative-led decisions, including specific materials/solutions and A/V specs.
  • Executive Pitch & Experience Architect: Drive the agency’s competitive edge by leading C-suite stewardship and pitch theater, expertly navigating high-stakes executive pivots to deliver premium, custom-built productions. You will direct the end-to-end experience mapping for major new business pitches, transforming complex concepts into high-impact virtual, hybrid, and in-person brand moments that win.
  • Visualizing the Future: Proactively explore new technology and utilize AI tools to rapidly mockup event spaces and solutions and provide leadership with immersive design approaches.
  • Operational & Contract Rigor: Oversee the logistical backbone of events, including vendor relationship management, budget administration, and contract management across multiple concurrent tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven Track Record: 10+ years of experience in brand experience, creative operations, or event production, with a history of driving business growth through high-profile projects.
  • Technical Production Expertise: Bring a live producer’s mindset to the stage by overseeing technical execution for virtual, hybrid, and in-person events. While you’ll collaborate with a technical crew, your foundational A/V knowledge and understanding of production inner workings ensure that the creative vision and technical execution remain perfectly aligned. Experience in hybrid event management is a major plus, allowing you to bridge the gap between creative vision and high-end technical delivery.
  • Creative Problem Solver: Ability to pivot quickly and find innovative solutions to the logistical or technical hurdles that arise during live productions.
  • Innovation-Minded: A passion for future ways of working and a willingness to integrate AI and other emerging digital tools into the experiential workflow.
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to partner with internal cross-functional teams to manage the expectations of C-suite stakeholders and global executive teams.
  • Multitasking Mastery: Ability to develop systems and strategies to lead multiple workstreams and high-priority tasks simultaneously.
