Overview

Epsilon is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to provide operational and systems support for a major Loyalty program initiative. This role focuses on supporting day-to-day system activities, configurations, and documentation while partnering closely with Subject Matter Experts, business stakeholders, IT/Development teams, and analytics groups.


The Business Systems Analyst will assist in maintaining loyalty and promotional systems, support reporting and data validation efforts, and help ensure smooth execution of program initiatives. This role is well-suited for a highly organized, diligent analyst who enjoys problem-solving, process support, and working within established frameworks in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using SQL, create reports, pull files and building queries to support marketing campaigns.
  • Provide ongoing systems and operational support for loyalty and promotional platforms.
  • Assist with offer configuration setup, updates, and maintenance under guidance from SMEs and business leads.
  • Support requirements documentation, process flows, and system specifications.
  • Partner with IT and development teams to support enhancements, defect resolution, and system changes.
  • Assist in testing activities, including test case execution, validation of results, and documentation of outcomes.
  • Monitor and help maintain data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational readiness.
  • Support issue tracking, triage, and resolution, raising when appropriate.
  • Help develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with multi-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of system-related tasks.
  • Complete external campaign data matching and deliver targeted marketing data requests.
  • Work with development teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Create and manage test data and promotional scenarios in UAT environments.
  • Proof customer-facing website content for accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work with SQL and Excel to manipulate data, generate reports, build queries, and support campaign execution.

  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong technical aptitude with an understanding of both business and IT language.

  • Experience with Salesforce/ Marketing Cloud preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Proficiency in SQL.

Compensation Range: $55,765 - $73,400 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
