Overview
The Business Excellence & Compliance Director is responsible for leading digital transformation, operational excellence, and compliance programs across the PGD Business unit. This role oversees multidisciplinary teams focused on process optimization, technological adoption, automation, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
The role leads strategic initiatives related to innovation, data centralization, process standardization, and technology deployment:
- This role has direct impact on the operational and technological maturity of PGD.
- Requires constant interaction with global leadership, regional teams, and multicultural stakeholders.
- Combines strategy, leadership, governance, automation, data, and compliance responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Transformation & Operational Excellence
- Lead the digital transformation strategy ensuring alignment with global objectives.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve regional SOPs aimed at efficiency and scalability.
2. Leadership & Team Management
- Works with a high‑performance multidisciplinary team focused on operational excellence and automation.
- Coordinate strategic projects with hubs, global stakeholders, and regional teams.
3. Technology, Tools & Innovation
- Lead the adoption of digital tools and internal software related to data, operations, and talent management.
- Oversee implementation of PGD-developed platforms and systems (e.g., talent tracking software).
- Ensure effective use of Microsoft 365 applications, BI tools, and automation platforms.
Qualifications
Required
- 12+ years of experience in digital operations, transformation, operational excellence, or related fields.
- Proven track record leading large and multicultural teams.
- Experience in automation, data centralization, and regional process standardization.
- Advanced English – full professional proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Certifications in digital transformation, PMO, or agile methodologies.
- Global or interregional experience in multinational organizations.
- Advanced training in analytics, BI, or data governance.
