Overview
The Business Manager supports the financial operations of client accounts within Saatchi Health. This role partners closely with account management, project management, and agency finance teams to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The Business Manager is responsible for maintaining financial data integrity, preparing analyses, and assisting with month end close processes. This position is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within client financial management.
Responsibilities
Client Financial Management
- Assist in developing and maintaining client budgets, scopes, and fee trackers in partnership with account and project management teams.
- Support monthly and quarterly forecasting by updating data inputs, preparing variance analyses, and identifying potential risks or gaps for review with the Client Finance Manager.
- Participate in monthly revenue processes, including revenue recognition preparation, accrual calculations, and maintenance of supporting documentation in line with agency accounting standards.
Scope, Contract, and Pricing Support
- Review draft SOWs, estimates, and change orders for financial accuracy and internal compliance before Manager review.
- Assist in tracking scope changes, budget shifts, and out-of-scope indicators; escalate findings to account and finance leadership.
- Maintain rate card and pricing documentation and support the preparation of pricing analyses or client-facing financial materials.
Billing and Compliance
- Prepare billing packets, reconcile hours and expenses, and ensure accurate invoicing in coordination with billing and AR teams.
- Track the status of outstanding invoices and assist with follow-ups to support timely collections.
- Maintain required financial compliance documentation, including materials related to healthcare industry processes and client-specific requirements.
- Provide support during internal audits, client financial reviews, and compliance checks by preparing schedules and gathering data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with account and project management teams to help explain financial data, trends, and budget updates in clear, actionable terms.
- Provide day-to-day financial support related to staffing, resource planning, and project financial setup.
- Participate in meetings as needed to support the Client Finance Manager with financial insights and materials
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of finance, accounting, or business analysis experience (agency experience a plus)
- Strong Excel/Sheets and financial modeling skills
- Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial teams

Compensation Range: $60,800 - $93,600 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
