Overview
The Programmatic Associate Director provides functional management and leadership to a team of coordinators, planners, and supervisors and performance/career management to a smaller group of direct reports. The Associate Director is a strong cross-functional contributor who works closely with the other departments and Programmatic Directors to drive growth opportunities with their current clients and foster media innovation in the agency at large. This person has an established a track record of successfully managing programmatic teams and overseeing complex campaigns covering display, video, audio and DOOH.
Responsibilities
Own and be accountable for the execution of campaigns for assigned client accounts, including tactical media recommendations, in-platform implementations, performance reporting, and optimizations.
Manage daily campaign workflows, balancing workloads, guiding junior team members, and ensuring quality deliverables.
Maintain proactive and consistent communication with clients and internal teams (strategy, planning, cross-channel) to align on goals, respond to RFPs, and present strategic solutions.
Demonstrate collaborative, confident, and persuasive client management skills.
Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, intellectual curiosity, and adherence to account management and program management best practices.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to build capabilities and expertise.
Qualifications
6+ years of increasing levels of responsibility within an agency or media company, including client-facing responsibilities
3+ years of people management and development experience
Vast understanding of the programmatic landscape and proficiency in multiple DSPs to include The Trade Desk, DV360, Yahoo, Amazon
Experience planning and executing across all programmatic buying types including open exchange, PMP and PG.
Experience assisting with the creation on client POV’s and thought-leadership.
Familiar with SPO management
Experience with Dynamic Creative Optimization is a plus

Compensation Range: $97,375 - $133,300 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
