Overview
At Publicis Global Delivery (PGD), we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Resource Operations Analyst (Internal Title: Associate Producer) to support staffing and resource management processes across global teams.
This is an operational role focused on staffing coordination, financial validation, data accuracy, and system management. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in operations, staffing coordination, or project support, and is comfortable working with data, systems, and cross-functional stakeholders.
This role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to clarify information with onshore partners to ensure accuracy and efficiency in staffing workflows.
Responsibilities
Staffing & Resource Coordination
- Review and process staffing requests through Talent Tracker (Smartsheets).
- Ensure all required information is complete and accurate.
- Create and manage Jira tickets for approved staffing requests.
- Follow up on approvals, corrections, and updates as needed.
Financial & Data Validation
- Validate staffing financial information.
- Identify inconsistencies and proactively clarify discrepancies with stakeholders.
- Maintain accuracy across trackers and systems.
Systems & Reporting
- Maintain resource management trackers and reports.
- Use advanced Excel to analyze data, consolidate information from multiple files, and ensure data integrity.
- Support process improvements and contribute to Jira workflow efficiencies.
Operational Collaboration
- Participate in weekly coordination meetings with Operations, PMs, and Onshore teams.
- Support staffing alignment and priority tracking across teams.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and operational urgencies.
Team Support
- Provide operational support for onboarding follow-ups, vacation tracking, overtime monitoring, and general team coordination needs.
- Escalate operational issues when required.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in operations, staffing coordination, resource management support, or similar roles.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong Excel expertise, including:
- Complex formulas
- Pivot tables and structured data analysis
- Linking and consolidating data across multiple files
- Data validation and quality control
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
- Proactive mindset and ability to clarify ambiguous or incomplete information.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with systems such as Jira, Smartsheets, and operational trackers.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with global or onshore/offshore teams.
- Basic understanding of staffing financial concepts.
- Interest in automation or process optimization.
