Overview
As the Manager, Employee Experience, you will support the cultivation of a workplace environment where Publicis Media employees can build internal networks, strengthen their sense of belonging, and positively impact the organization, our communities, and the industry. In partnership with the Employee Experience team and talent partners across brands, you will help develop and execute annual plans aligned with organizational values, pillar strategies, and business priorities.
The Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing employee engagement events, wellness programs, CSR activities, office operations, and communications that elevate the workplace experience. This role manages day‑to‑day logistics, creative development, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure programming runs smoothly and meets organizational needs.
The Manager, Employee Experience reports to the Vice President, Impact and Equity.
This is an in-office role 5 days per week, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
Office Experience
- Own the development of a cohesive “workplace experience brand” that drives awareness, engagement, and cohesion across PMX and various shared office locations.
- Own and develop an annual engagement calendar of events specific to the NY PMX & The Practices employee population.
- Manage the New York office food & beverage (F&B) program, serving a staff of over 500 employees; duties include vendor management, procurement, stocking, budgeting, and ongoing optimization to enhance the in‑office employee experience
- Track and manage the Office Experience budget, including invoice tracking, liaising across various Finance and HR teams, expense tracking, and post‑event reconciliation, and managing procurement and recordkeeping of office related items
- Manage the content and publication of the PMX Talent newsletter, messaging aligns with organizational priorities and employee needs.
Operations
- Coordinate with cross‑functional partners through ServiceNow, email, and in‑person alignment meetings to review event requirements including but not limited to: floor plans, run‑of‑show, and operational needs.
- Act as a key day‑to‑day liaison to ensure spaces, resources, and systems support the successful delivery of programming and office experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal partners, external vendors, and cross‑functional teams to support successful program delivery.
- Evaluate existing processes and propose improvements that enhance operational efficiency and overall office experience.
- Support cross‑functional projects outside core program areas as organizational priorities evolve.
Employee Experience (Wellness CSR & Engagement)
- Support the planning and execution of monthly and quarterly initiatives that strengthen culture, well-being, and community impact across Publicis Media offices.
- Maintain an annual programming calendar capturing key cultural moments, wellness touchpoints, and CSR milestones.
- Lead logistical execution for events and activations, including vendor sourcing, space reservations, A/V coordination, catering, communications, and preparation of materials.
- Manage day of operations to ensure seamless, meaningful experiences for employees across locations.
- Partner with internal teams, external organizations, and charitable partners to deliver consistent engagement, wellness, and volunteer programs.
- Assist with communications, ensuring all initiatives are accessible and aligned across brands and offices.
- Support CSR efforts including volunteer events, giving campaigns, partner coordination, and data tracking for local and global reporting needs.

Compensation Range: $75,050 - $120,159 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
