Overview

About this Position:

We’re passionate about helping develop emerging talent in the advertising industry. Our internship program will immerse you in our creative, collaborative company culture and give you a hands-on introduction to working at an advertising agency. You’ll be a valued team member and work on meaningful projects while getting great mentorship and training throughout the summer. Take it from one of our former interns who said - “10/10 experience.   • Dates: June 16 - August 14, 2026
  • 4 day work week (32 hours) Monday - Thursday (off on Fridays!)
  • Hybrid program - 3 days a week in office so you’ll need to be located in the city of your internship for the summer
  • Open to college juniors, seniors (graduating in 2026 and 2027), and recent grads

What You’ll Do:

  • Learn the fundamentals of account management and how to confidently provide client service support
  • Assist the Lexus Dealer Association and KB Home account teams in the development and organization of support materials for internal and client meetings
  • Provide administrative support (creating / distributing documents, proofreading, coordinating meetings, etc.)
  • Collaborate with numerous teams including project management, production, creative, social, and digital
  • Aid in creative development by gathering relevant materials, supporting briefs, and facilitating workflow communications
  • Gain exposure to campaign management processes, observing select phases from planning through execution
  • Assess client and internal team needs and learn how to identify and allocate resources effectively
  • Learn the roles and responsibilities of multiple departments within Team One, gaining a comprehensive view of organizational workflows

Compensation Range: $20/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
