The Associate Director will partner closely with the Director of Investment, agency leadership, and investment discipline leads to improve process alignment, reporting visibility, and collaboration across teams. This is a highly visible role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, matrixed environment and enjoys connecting dots across functions.

Responsibilities

  • Market & Measurement Readiness
Monitor trends in marketplace dynamics, alternative currencies, and emerging measurement approaches across linear, streaming, and social environments. Summarize implications for leadership and investment teams.
  • Program Support & Internal Initiatives
Contribute to cross-agency initiatives such as media training, events, and staffing coordination—helping to strengthen team operations, resource visibility, and talent development.
  • Cross-Agency Collaboration
Facilitate information-sharing between Spark Foundry and PMX investment teams, supporting consistency in deliverables and alignment on enterprise-level goals.
  • Leadership Support
Anticipate the needs of the Director of Investment and assist in developing presentations, communications, and strategic materials for executive review or network distribution.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in media investment, planning, or operations (across video, social, or digital channels)
  • Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and emerging activation platforms
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization and managing cross-team collaboration
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with attention to both detail and big-picture alignment
