Overview
We’re searching for a Group Art Supervisor who will be responsible for the conception, design, and execution of innovative visual materials for integrated, cross channel initiatives including: large web initiatives, online advertising and digital marketing. Individuals should possess strong conceptual and design skills and assist creative leaderships in improving the conceptual, technical and creative performance of staff within their group.
Responsibilities
- Partner with copywriters, additional art and design team members, planning, and account team to provide creative, strategically sound solutions for client, in-house and new business needs
- Own HCP projects, beginning to end
- Help develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspiration
- Drive and collaborate on concepting work using tools such Figma and InDesign and GenAI, where there’s opportunity
- Lead client conversations, when needed, and help to drive decision-making
- Clearly communicate information and direction to other art directors as well as suppliers, freelancers, and design.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Present work in an organized and interesting manner
- You know the goals of every program that you work on and communicate those goals to the team consistently
- You understand the needs, motivations, and aspirations relevant to your audiences
Qualifications
- Four year degree
- 5-8 years’ experience
- Creative pharma agency experience
- HCP pharmaceutical advertising experience, strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles
- Strong experience on large cross-channel and/or direct marketing initiatives across mediums
- Client-facing experience
- Candidate must be open to travel as needed

Compensation Range: $81,225.00 - $129,987.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
