At Publicis Groupe / Publicis Production - Bogotá, we are seeking a Transition Lead with over 5 years of experience in leading accounts. This pivotal role is responsible for the seamless onboarding of new businesses, establishing processes, organizing accounts, and guiding the formation and orientation of new teams. The Transition Lead will play a crucial part in client engagement and will be active in participating in and winning tenders for new business opportunities, ensuring the delivery of excellent business proposals.


Responsabilidades

  • Lead the integration and process establishment for new client accounts, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Guide and mentor newly formed teams, fostering a collaborative environment and coordinating team efforts.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Actively engage in business development by participating in and steering tender processes towards successful outcomes.
  • Ensure effective coordination with cross-functional and global teams for consistent reporting and alignment with company objectives.
  • Optimize workflows and establish best practices for account management, ensuring efficiency and high performance.
  • Develop robust business proposals by coordinating internal resources and aligning with client strategies.

Cualificaciones

  • Over 5 years of experience leading accounts, with strong strategic planning skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency, with outstanding communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Proficient in management tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software, project management tools).
  • Proven track record in business development activities, particularly in winning business tenders.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in collaborating with global teams and ensuring compliance with international reporting standards.
