Overview

The VP, Social Intelligence & Measurement Lead role is built for someone with real strategic range. You’re a cultural strategist fluent in data who knows how to help turn the online universe into a competitive advantage for brands. In this role you’ll be mining messy imperfect social data, finding the signals from the noise in order to develop executive-ready cultural intelligence and social measurement frameworks that prove impact.

As a member of the Social, Creator & Earned team, you will collaborate closely with leaders and teams across Publicis Groupe - including Influential, Captiv8, MSL, BBH, Digitas and more - to create strategic, go-to-market solutions that harness the power of Publicis’ unique capabilities, accelerating growth for clients. You will report to and partner with the President of this new capability to design integrated offerings that meet the demands of today's audience-first marketplace, build centers of excellence driving innovation in social and creator marketing as well as earned-first creativity, and serve as a strategic partner to client leaders as they navigate the evolving media landscape.


Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the social intelligence and measurement discipline across social, creator, and earned, serving as the connective tissue between culture, creativity, and business outcomes.
  • Be a master of social forecasting and cultural pattern recognition. With deep, hands-on expertise in turning real-time and longitudinal signals into sharp insights to inform creative direction and new brand opportunities.
  • Evolve the discipline and build new IP. Continuously staying ahead of platform shifts, tool innovation, and emerging creator behaviors to develop, test, and codify new methodologies, frameworks, and thought leadership that keep our social intelligence practice at the forefront of innovation.
  • Partner iteratively with creative and strategy teams from the earliest stages—using social signals to identify the right cultural conversations, tension points, and white space where brands can credibly show up.
  • Build effective data-driven narratives that inspire creative teams and unlock braver, more culturally fluent ideas.
  • Fluent in influencer intelligence and analytics, leveraging creator data to inform creator selection, partnership strategy, audience overlap, credibility, and long-term brand value.
  • Design and implement earned‑first measurement frameworks that move beyond vanity metrics.
  • Build learning loops that inform real‑time optimization and long‑term strategy.

Qualifications

  • Deep, hands‑on experience in social listening, cultural insight, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of influencer intelligence, creator analytics, and platform behaviors.
  • Proven ability to translate data into strategic and creative direction.
  • Fluency with leading intelligence, measurement, and prediction tools.
  • Analytical thinker with strong storytelling instincts.
  • Comfortable shaping ideas in fast‑moving cultural environments.
  • Collaborative, curious, and energized by the intersection of culture, creativity, and data.
  • Committed to using intelligence to drive braver, more culturally resonant work
  • Strong understanding of influencer intelligence and creator data

  • 7-10 years of experience

Compensation Range: $129,485.00 - $207,324.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
