Overview
As a member of the Social, Creator & Earned team, you will collaborate closely with
leaders and teams across Publicis Groupe - including Influential, Captiv8, MSL, BBH,
Digitas and more - to create strategic, go-to-market solutions that harness the power of
Publicis’ unique capabilities, accelerating growth for clients. You will report to and partner
with the President of this new capability to design integrated offerings that meet the
demands of today's audience-first marketplace, build centers of excellence driving
innovation in social and creator marketing, and serve as a strategic partner to client leaders
as they navigate the evolving media landscape.
The Head of Creator leads the vision, strategy, and execution of creator-driven brand
building across Publicis Groupe. This role architects global-to-local creator ecosystems,
embeds creators early in the creative process, and ensures partnerships drive cultural
relevance, community connection, and measurable business impact. The leader brings
deep fluency in platform behaviors, subcultures, and emerging creator economies—
translating cultural signals into scalable, brand-safe strategies that accelerate growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic architect of creator partnerships, identifying creators who drive brand meaning, cultural relevance, and business outcomes.
- Partner with creative, strategy, and client leadership to embed creators as early collaborators and co‑creators.
- Bring a strong POV on how brands grow through creator ecosystems—balancing credibility, creativity, community, and commerce.
- Build and lead scalable creator frameworks that flex across markets, platforms, and cultural moments.
- Ensure global consistency while preserving local nuance and cultural authenticity.
- Act as a culture and Gen Z expert with deep understanding of platform behaviors, subcultures, formats, and emerging creator economies.
- Continuously scan for new formats, monetization models, and shifts in trust, fandom, and community behavior.
- Proactively test and pilot new creator approaches.
- Lead teams to develop creator strategy using performance signals, social listening, audience insights, and platform analytics.
- Oversee the use of creator tech and AI‑enabled tools to build smarter, faster, more predictive creator systems.
- Translate creator strategy into clear business outcomes tied to brand health, cultural impact, earned media, and performance metrics.
- Inspire and mentor teams to think beyond transactional partnerships.
- Champion relationship‑based, trust‑driven creator models that compound value over time.
- Build a culture of innovation, experimentation, and creator‑led thinking across the Groupe.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading creator strategy, influence marketing, or creator‑driven brand building.
- Deep fluency in social platforms, creator economies, subcultures, and emerging digital behaviors.
- Proven ability to design scalable global‑to‑local creator frameworks.
- Strong understanding of analytics, performance signals, and creator measurement.
- Strategic, collaborative, and energized by the intersection of creators, culture, and creativity.
- A natural connector who can speak the language of creators, strategists, creatives, and clients.
- Forward‑looking, experimental, and comfortable piloting new creator models.
- Passionate about building long‑term creator relationships that drive sustained brand impact.

Compensation Range: $180,215.00 - $$299,637.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
