Overview

The Digital Billing Manager is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and completing vendor billing processes. This includes reporting on account maintenance, resolving discrepancies, and tracking clearance rates. The role involves engaging in process improvement projects and collaborating closely with Agency Media teams and external vendors to meet business and client needs.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Billing and Reconciliation team to expedite inquiries and escalations.
  • Oversee monthly account clearance rates to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Assist in problem-solving related to vendor inquiries, disputes, and Bill Pay processes.
  • Enforce vendor invoice compliance.
  • Manage and lead staff members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and manage all operational communications within the agency and with vendors.
  • Participate in special projects as required.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
  • A degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory.
  • Prior media industry experience is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with MediaOcean software is considered a plus

Compensation Range: $73,910- $116,380 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
