Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic, strategic and experienced Executive Vice President to own and grow a flagship financial technology client relationship, serving as a digital marketing thought leader who fosters innovation and excels in nurturing strong client relationships. This individual will oversee a multimillion-dollar account, serving as the key strategic partner and trusted advisor to our clients while inspiring and guiding a high-performing cross-disciplinary agency team.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital and social marketing and a proven track record of growing client relationships, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and delivering agency‑led digital solutions. They will bring a strong understanding of data‑driven strategies and lifecycle marketing and be adept at navigating complex client organizations. They will collaborate effectively with partner agencies and have demonstrated success driving revenue and expanding accounts within matrixed, holding‑company agency environments.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the Client Partnership: Serve as the senior-most relationship lead for a major financial technology client, fostering deep trust and collaboration with C-suite and senior marketing executives.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and guide holistic brand and business strategies that drive measurable impact across awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Integrated Digital Marketing Oversight: Own the strategy and delivery for end‑to‑end digital and lifecycle marketing, directing Audience Strategy, Digital & CRM, Social, Influencer and new platform initiatives. Coordinate with agency partners (e.g. Branding, Media, PR) to deliver a unified, cross‑channel experience.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Inspire, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary agency team, ensuring alignment, creativity, and operational excellence.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Balance and navigate complex internal and external stakeholder needs, working seamlessly across agency leadership, holding company partners, and client executives.
  • Data & Insights: Champion the use of data, analytics, and audience segmentation to inform strategy, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Growth Mindset: Identify and activate opportunities for account growth through new service offerings, innovative partnerships, and thought leadership.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or digital strategy including at an agency delivering digital solutions to clients.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale client relationships (multimillion-dollar portfolios) and teams of 100+ people in an agency and matrixed holding company environment.
  • Expertise across digital strategy, data and audience segmentation, CRM, social, influencer, and content marketing.
  • Experience leading development of campaigns with addressable/owned channels such as, digital display, email, push, SMS, social media, and web and integrating them with other channels in collaboration with cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and advise senior clients and agency leaders.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills with a passion for creativity and innovation.
  • Experience working with Marketing, Product, Data & Analytics teams along with leading MarTech platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, and Epsilon is preferred.

Compensation Range: $300,000 - $325,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
