Overview

Are you the friend who keeps the group project on track? The one who loves a good checklist? Then Project Management might be your perfect match.

At Publicis Health, Project Managers are the engine that keeps everything running smoothly. We work with every department across the agency — creative, strategy, account, production — giving you a front-row seat to how healthcare advertising really comes to life.

As a Project Management Intern, you’ll learn how campaigns are built from kickoff to launch. You’ll support real project teams, help keep timelines on track, and see how we deliver smart, creative work that helps patients and healthcare professionals. If you’re organized, collaborative, and love bringing people together to get things done, you’ll thrive here.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Learn:

  • How to organize and manage the flow of a project from start to finish
  • How creative, strategy, account, and production teams partner to bring ideas to life
  • How timelines, budgets, and workflows are built (and rebuilt!)
  • How a top health agency delivers high‑quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • The day-to-day reality of project management — and how PMs make everything happen

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • You’re a rising junior or senior enrolled full-time at an accredited 4-year college or university
  • You’re studying something like Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or another relevant field
  • You're legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • You’re able to commute to the office location listed in the internship posting

If you're organized, curious, and ready to learn from teams across the agency, we’d love to see you on our Project Management team this summer.
