Overview
We are hiring a Client Integration Coordinator to support operational excellence across an enterprise-level agency. This role is a hands-on, client-facing coordinator role focused on status tracking, workflow coordination, administrative task management and helping operationalize new processes. It requires understanding our clients’ goals and working diligently to achieve them. This is not a “behind the scenes” role – you will quickly start working directly on client needs and with our cross-functional teams. You will be involved at many stages of the client lifecycle, therefore the ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and own status trackers, operation sheets, meeting agendas and notes for client programs
- Coordinate day to day work across pillar/capability leadership teams
- Triage and manage client escalations; surface issues to leadership and support resolution management
- Communicate proactively with internal and client stakeholders via Teams, email and verbally
- Prepare status updates and decks as needed
- Bring ideas for internal process improvement to aid with efficiency
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of applicable professional experience, ideally in account management, program coordination, project coordination, or operations support.
- Experience in a creative agency, marketing organization, or operations environment preferred.
- Exposure to healthcare or pharma environments is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, MIS, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional client-facing demeanor
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and operational data.
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a service oriented mindset.

Compensation Range: $19.37 - $28.63 hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
