At Publicis Health, Human Resources is more than one function — it’s a full ecosystem supporting our people and our business. Our HR team includes Traditional HR, Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, and Resource Management, all working together to help employees build meaningful and inspired careers.
As an HR Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience across these areas. You’ll help support day‑to‑day HR activities, assist with projects that impact employees across the agency, and learn how a large, people‑focused organization operates behind the scenes. This is a great fit for someone who’s curious, people-oriented, and excited to learn the full spectrum of HR responsibilities.
Because our HR team works both at the agency level and within the broader corporate structure, you’ll also have the chance to participate in Publicis Health–wide initiatives and see how decisions shape our culture at scale.

- You’re a rising junior or senior enrolled full‑time at an accredited 4‑year college or university
- You’re pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field
- You’re legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation Range: $20 - $20 an hour. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
