Overview
Operations Powerhouse is an operational infrastructure that connects our people, process and technology. The Global Operations Powerhouse Lead is front and center in developing our strategy for how we will connect our people, process and technology from strategy all the way through to activation/delivery and reporting. To support this role, the Global Operations Powerhouse leader has ownership of the below workstreams to direct end-to-end operations and connection for our client globally.

Responsibilities
• Lead and support a global client lead and team through scoping, staffing and management of multi-million-dollar business covering large scale operational projects and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Manage discovery, standardization, best practices, and deployment of core global operations powerhouse, and external vendor services and platforms.
• Support MSA/SOW tracking and compliance.
• Manage annual media budget overseeing the collection, verification, auditing, invoicing, bill/pay, reconciliation & resolution of media investment.
• Leadership of the delivery, maintenance, and adoption of the global planned and purchased spend reporting dashboard.
• Set global guidelines for local market financial teams including but not limited to revenue forecasts, billing reporting, invoice management, hours tracking/reporting, buy authorizations and client specific financial reporting needs.
• Creation and management of standardized processes across the business, understanding current pain points, and building a plan to address and map out an ideal process supported by a workflow/collaboration management platform.
• Management of taxonomy and data governance initiatives and team including strategy, recommendations, implementation, adherence, etc.
• Management of ad tech team including ad tech/tagging strategy, recommendations, standardized implementation, etc.
• Support management of global reporting lead in partnership with analytics team to ensure delivery of global reporting dashboard to client.
• Lead operational efficiency and automation initiatives that can be developed and deployed across markets.
• Drive Connectivity across global/regional stakeholders and workstreams to understand priority activities, pilot opportunities, best practices, and performance, to surface insights across key capability areas.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously optimize cross-agency processes, synergies, and platforms, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and compliance to support opportunities to enhance productivity and improve efficiencies.
• Tracking and reporting of operations powerhouse KPIs and support with cadenced quarterly business reviews.
• Management of central global documents and case studies library.
• Support Global Client Leader with all client-facing operational needs.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of marketing, advertising, operations, or program management experience.
• Ability to understand business pain points from C-Level stakeholders – and develop a strategy to address the issues through application of improved operational process, people and/ or technology.
• Clear accountability to evolve the business to become a more operationally functional team, ready for the future.
• Proactivity and proficiency delivering progress and completing work even with overlapping deadlines.
• Experience developing C-level stakeholder presentations and presenting your thoughts and ideas.
• Proactive, brave voice who will suggest new ideas and challenge the status quo, but can also help carry out the smart ideas of others.
• Someone who likes to thrive on a team yet can also meet tight deadlines on independent assignments.

Compensation Range: $176,700.00 - $263,655.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
