Overview
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing workflow of assigned digital projects, including timeline development, cross-functional team management, optimizing project financial health, and project plan adherence. You should be passionate about introducing innovation and efficiency to the workflow, and you approach your role with flexibility and a strategic mindset. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, a dedicated creative team, and partners across our organization. This is a terrific opportunity to work with a blue-chip client! Candidates must be located in or around the Austin, Texas area.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Independently lead concurrent digital projects that sit within a broader program umbrella. Projects are focused on digital creative.
- Partner with clients, executives, and team members to plan, scope and produce great work, delivering on-time and on-budget while exceeding client expectations.
- Understand, clarify, and document client requests, drive prioritization, and define how we respond with flexibility and momentum.
- Define, document and optimize process innovations to help drive efficiencies and learnings as we grow.
- Exhibit strong listening skills and the ability to tactfully communicate position on relevant issues to reach team consensus.
- Anticipate, identify, and communicate risks and proactively offer solutions to mitigate issues.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of project management experience in an agency environment managing a high volume of digital projects.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in conjunction with work-flow steps and internal processes.
- Proficient in communication, project management and workflow tools.
- Knowledge of agency finance processes, scoping methodologies, and budget management.
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus.

Compensation Range: $75,050 - $107,835 annually.This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
