Overview
We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to play a critical role in shaping and delivering a large‑scale, enterprise‑grade digital platform. This role is responsible for translating complex business and client needs into secure, scalable, and high‑performing technical solutions that integrate across multiple systems, data sources, and services.
The role will also co-lead the incorporation of AI‑driven capabilities, including machine learning and generative AI, into platform architectures to enhance decision‑making, automation, personalization, and operational efficiency, while ensuring responsible, secure, and ethical use of AI across the enterprise.
You will act as a technical architect and trusted advisor, working closely with product, engineering, data, security, and delivery teams to define architecture, guide implementation, and ensure long‑term sustainability of the platform.
Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Own the end‑to‑end solution architecture for complex, distributed systems spanning cloud services, APIs, data platforms, and integrations.
- Design scalable, modular, and secure architectures that support growth, high availability, and evolving business requirements.
- Create and maintain architecture artifacts including system diagrams, data flows, integration patterns, and technical roadmaps.
- Ensure architectural decisions align with enterprise standards, security requirements, and best practices.
Integration, Identity & Security
- Design solutions that integrate with internal and external systems using modern API‑first and event‑driven patterns.
- Collaborate with security and privacy stakeholders to ensure solutions meet authentication, authorization, data protection, and compliance requirements.
- Incorporate identity, access management, and data governance considerations into all architectural designs.
Cloud & Platform Strategy
- Lead architecture decisions across cloud infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and platform services.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools that support long‑term platform scalability and reliability.
- Balance innovation with operational stability, performance, and cost efficiency.
Stakeholder & Client Collaboration
- Translate business objectives into clear, actionable technical solutions.
- Communicate complex architectural concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Support client and internal leadership discussions by providing clear architectural options, trade‑offs, and recommendations.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Experience designing or integrating AI‑enabled systems, including machine learning, data‑driven, or generative AI solutions within enterprise platforms.
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex, enterprise‑scale digital platforms.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of API design, system integration patterns, and distributed systems.
- Experience working within Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to influence technical direction while collaborating across cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical decisions and rationale.
- Experience with event‑driven architectures, microservices, and domain‑driven design.
Nice to Have
- Experience with identity, access management, or data‑centric platforms.
- Experience with SASS product development
- Familiarity with responsible AI principles, data privacy, and bias mitigation in production systems.
- AdTech/MarTech experience
- Experience in regulated or privacy‑sensitive environments.
- Prior experience supporting multiple products or clients within a shared platform ecosystem.
