Overview
The Manager, Global Operations supports the Director of Global Operations by facilitating the execution, adoption, and optimization of global operational processes through strong project management, clear guidance, documentation, and follow-through. This role focuses on helping teams understand “what good looks like” and ensuring consistent execution across markets through clear guidance, documentation, training, and follow-through.
This is an early-career management role designed for a strong operator who can translate strategy into action, support cross-functional teams, and help scale global ways of working. While this role will not initially own processes end-to-end, it will actively support process management and, over time, take on greater ownership as the function matures.
Responsibilities
Operational Execution & Coordination
- Support the Director of Global Operations by driving execution of initiatives that require coordination, follow-up, and prioritization.
- Act as a central intake and triage point for operational requests across global and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into status, ownership, and next steps.
- Apply project management practices (e.g., coordination, prioritization, dependency tracking, and follow-through) to support execution of global operational initiatives.
Process Improvement & Enablement
- Support the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of global operational processes.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or areas of confusion and surface actionable recommendations.
- Help transition ad hoc practices into structured, scalable, and repeatable processes.
Documentation, Training & Adoption
- Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and how-to guides that are clear and accessible to global teams.
- Support rollout of new or updated processes, including training and change management materials.
- Apply project management practices, including RACIs, deliverable tracking, and timeline management to support operational execution.
- Act as a resource for teams by reinforcing standards and answering process-related questions.
Reporting & Visibility
- Create light reporting and dashboards to track process usage, compliance, and operational trends.
- Provide project-level visibility into progress, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead coordination across numerous cross-functional teams and international markets operating across multiple time zones to ensure alignment and consistent execution.
- Proactively escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies to the Director.
A Day in This Role
- Route, prioritize, and progress operational requests, ensuring work moves forward with minimal friction.
- Keep internal teams aligned, informed, and moving in the same direction as priorities evolve.
- Proactively manage risks, escalate issues when needed, and support teams in resolution.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of methodologies, standards, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure processes are clearly documented, consistent, and easy for teams to follow.
- Support training and guidance that improve adoption of global ways of working and reduce errors or confusion.
- Support operational work through hands-on project management, ensuring clear ownership and timely delivery.
- Enable the Director of Global Operations to focus on strategic initiatives by providing strong execution and day-to-day operational support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3–5 years in operations, coordination, or execution-focused roles
- Experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from start to finish
- Strong planning, prioritization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to document processes, translate workflows into clear guidance, and drive continuous improvement
- Sharp attention to detail, consistency, and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with work management tools (Monday.com preferred), dashboards, trackers, and light reporting
- Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, nested formulas, data validation)
- Experience in media buying platform and flowcharting experience (MediaOcean, Guideline preferred)
- Experience supporting global or multi-region teams (preferred)
- Exposure to change management or training rollouts
- Experience building and maintaining RACIs, overseeing deliverables, and ensuring timelines are met
- Experience applying project management principles to drive execution and delivery
- Familiarity with operational compliance or standardization initiatives

Compensation Range: $73,910- $106,260 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
