Overview
The "Business Excellence & Compliance Specialist" will support the Operations team by reviewing, updating, and standardizing internal process documentation. This role plays a key part in ensuring the quality and consistency of SOPs, operational reports, internal guidelines, presentations, and ISO-related audit materials.
The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, excellent written communication in Spanish, and intermediate English. Organizational skills are essential.
The role is responsible for developing internal tools, services, and products that improve operational efficiency, data quality, and decision-making. This includes building and maintaining Power BI reports, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps.
This position works closely with Developers, Operations, Finance, HR, and Talent teams and plays a key role in enabling process optimization
Responsibilities
Process Improvement
-Design, build, and maintain internal solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to support operational needs.
-Translate business requirements into functional, scalable, and user-friendly tools.
-Develop automation flows to reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and streamline operational workflows.
-Maintain and enhance existing internal tools and services.
Reporting & Data Analysis
-Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to support operational visibility and decision-making.
-Validate data sources and ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reported metrics.
Quality Assurance & Support
-Ensure solutions meet internal standards for usability, performance, and reliability.
-Validate data and ensure data quality.

Qualifications
-1-3 years of experience.
-High proficiency in Excel.
-Hands-on experience with:
-Power BI (building and maintaining reports/dashboards)
-Power Automate (creating and maintaining flows) - Nice to have
-Power Apps (canvas apps or similar) - Nice to have
-Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
-Experience validating data and ensuring data quality.
-Intermediate English (written and verbal, able to participate in meetings). - B2 - B2+
-SOPs & Documentation management experience
