Company description

Publicis Groupe is a global leader in communication and is positioned at every step of the value chain, from consulting to execution, combining marketing transformation and digital business transformation. Through a unified and fluid organization, Publicis Groupe partners with its clients across communication, media, data and technology to ensure access to the full breadth of capabilities in every market. Present in over 100 countries, Publicis Groupe employs around 103,000 professionals.

Overview

As part of the Global Solutions team, you will lead the creation of high-impact pitch presentations—owning the story and building the deck hands-on from blank page to final polish. You’ll turn our data, technology, and AI offerings into clear, persuasive narratives and beautifully designed PowerPoint decks that win business and strengthen existing client relationships. This is a maker role first. Project coordination and stakeholder management matter, but they are secondary to presentation craft, design quality, and speed under pressure.

What you’ll deliver

· Executive-ready new business and client decks (end-to-end: narrative + design + final QA)

· Reusable slide templates, modules, and visual standards that scale across the team

· Clear, compelling “right to win / why us” storytelling tied to Groupe platforms and operating model

Responsibilities

Pitch storytelling & deck design (Primary)

· Own end-to-end pitch deck development: story arc, slide architecture, copy shaping, design system, charts/diagrams, and final production polish.

· Translate complex product/solution inputs (data, tech, AI) into client-facing narratives with a strong point of view and clear “so what.”

· Be the “hands-on doer” who can take messy inputs and deliver a tight, persuasive deck quickly.

· Maintain exceptional craft standards (visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, consistency, accessibility, and version control).

· Develop rich/dynamic PowerPoint content; create supporting assets as needed (e.g., light logo/lockup work, simple video edits—nice to have).

· Build and manage a process to use AI responsibly to enhance design standards and productivity adopted by the wider team.

Growth & solutions narrative (Secondary)

· Demonstrate clear understanding of Groupe capabilities, competitive landscape, and our right to win through platforms and operating model.

· Partner with product, client, and cross-functional teams to craft the pitch approach and weave common threads into a cohesive story.

· Be a go-to resource for new business and client content, ensuring quality and

consistency across presentations.

Stakeholder, project, and team coordination (Support)

· Coordinate inputs, deadlines, reviews, and approvals to ensure on-time delivery—without compromising quality.

· Own communications with internal executive stakeholders (including C-suite) and, when needed, be a day-to-day contact for clients.

· Maintain practical progress tracking (dashboards, workflows, documentation) to keep multiple pitch workstreams moving.

Candidates will be successful when they:

· Consistently produce high-quality end-to-end pitch or product decks (narrative + design) with minimal direction.

· Balance strategic storytelling with an obsessive eye for detail and craft.

· Move fast in a high-pressure environment while staying calm, organized, and responsive.

· Build strong relationships and drive effective collaboration with senior stakeholders.

· Create disciplined, clear documentation and workflows that help the work scale

Qualifications

· Significant experience building high-stakes pitch decks / executive presentations, ideally within agencies, holding companies, consultancies, or adjacent environments.

· Direct or indirect involvement in the agency new business pitch process.

· Advanced PowerPoint expertise (layout, visual systems, charting, production polish).

· Portfolio required (redacted is fine): 3–5 examples of pitch decks, executive narratives, or presentation systems.

· Experience working with and establishing credibility with senior leaders and management.

Preferred (nice to have)

· Ability to create supporting assets (e.g., light brand/identity elements, simple video edits).

· Familiarity with using AI tools to improve presentation workflows and design standards.

· Project coordination/program management experience (valuable, but not the core of the role).

Location / travel

· Located in the New York tri-state area with willingness to travel for business and client needs (estimated 10–15%)
