Overview

At Publicis Collective, the Analytics team is the heartbeat of our client solutions and media measurement. We
use data-driven insights to fuel strategic growth for clients, and we believe that data should never exist in a
vacuum; instead, it should be put to work to bring the best ideas and narratives to life. We leverage data,
technology, creative, media and strategy capabilities to deliver media-fueled solutions across the media
landscape.


As a Senior Analyst, you have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a client’s business and
marketing strategy through the delivery of data driven insights. Specifically:

  • Deliver client and internal solutions through quantitative analysis in line with industry best practices
  • Execute analytics projects in coordination with the analytic team lead and partners across the agency
  • Provide subject matter expertise on marketing strategy, digital attribution, experimental design,
    media mix, budget allocation, audience and programmatic strategy, consumer insights and
    competitive analysis
  • Contribute to innovation within digital marketing and analytics within the agency and industry

Responsibilities

  • Define, prioritize and execute various analytics projects including: forecasting, scenario planning, test
    design, campaign management and advanced report production
  • Practical skills with ability to derive actionable insights that help our clients make decisions and drive
    performance
  • Marketing analytics, including predictive analytics, digital attribution modeling, and market
    forecasting
  • Analyze short term impact of marketing but also the long-term impact on brand and competitive
    position
  • Assist analysts with skill development and problem solving
  • Effectively communicate with team and manager on all projects, ongoing tasks, and challenges while
    adhering to specified timelines
  • Ability to share & present learnings with the larger team
  • Establish collaborative, productive working relationships with data platforms, investment, and BE
    teams
  • Identify and build business case and provide feedback on best practices
  • Assist manage product/service development
  • Provide training to employees across departments on analytical approaches to marketing

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, digital marketing, business consulting using data or information
    to drive marketing recommendations.
  • Understanding of digital marketing methods and systems including Search, Display & Programmatic,
    Social Media, Content
  • Knowledge in multivariate testing and statistical analysis
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Detail oriented, quick learner, and able to balance multiple tasks
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Data Fluency: Ability to effectively pull performance reporting with an understanding of where to pull
    various requests from, troubleshoot issues and find solutions, and understand how various data is
    connected
  • Internal Resource Expert: Training/Onboarding Analysts, ability to lead communication with internal
    teams on reporting and data troubleshooting, and actively participate in internal meetings
  • Strong Excel aptitude (understanding of VLOOKUPs, pivots, visualizations)

Preferred, but not required:

  • Familiarity in enterprise Analytics tools preferred, including: Tableau (preferred), Datorama, Power
    BI
  • Preferred experience in one or more of the following analytics platforms: Analytics Platforms: Adobe
    Analytics (preferred), Google Analytics, Power BI, Campaign Manager, Innovid, Kantar
  • Experience in Programmatic DSPs, SEM Platforms and Social Platforms a plus
  • Degree in marketing or quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, or economics is
    preferred
  • Knowledge in querying data within SQL environments (SQL Server, BigQuery) a plus
  • Experience in R, Python (or other statistical analysis and data mining packages) a plus

Compensation Range: $73,150.00 - $101,010.00 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
