Overview

Influential, a Publicis Groupe company, sits within the Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) under the Groupe Solutions vertical. Influential is the industry’s leading influencer marketing platform, combining best-in-class creator relationships, data-driven insights, and scaled execution to drive measurable business outcomes for brands.


This role is part of a newly established inside-Groupe sales function, focused exclusively on selling influencer solutions to Publicis agencies and their clients. The position offers a unique opportunity to help shape how influencer marketing is positioned, packaged, and activated across the Publicis ecosystem.


The Vice President, Influencer Enabelment role will work closely with leadership, agency partners, and Influential teams to drive strategic adoption of influencer marketing across Publicis accounts. This role is responsible for building and maintaining senior-level relationships, informing influencer investment strategy, and supporting scaled execution that delivers value, innovation, and competitive advantage to Groupe clients.


This unique position blends strategic selling, partnership development, and consultative leadership, with a focus on aligning Influential’s offerings to agency needs and client business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary influencer marketing expert and internal seller to Publicis agencies, supporting influencer strategy, education, and adoption across assigned accounts
  • Partner with agency leadership, and Influential teams to identify investment opportunities, develop go-to-market approaches, and unlock incremental growth
  • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with agency leads, planners, and client teams
  • Translate Influential’s platform, creator capabilities, and data offerings into clear, compelling solutions tailored to Publicis clients
  • Support influencer planning across the funnel, including awareness, performance, and sales-focused use cases
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, analytics, creator partnerships, and execution teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in influencer marketing, social platforms, creator commerce, and measurement to inform strategic recommendations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ year of sales experience in selling managed service influencer marketing camapigns and/or relevant agency experience
  • Proven success in a client-facing, consultative roles
  • Strong understanding of the influencer and creator ecosystem, including platforms, talent management, and measurement
  • Comfort navigating complex organizations and influencing via a team organization and not a singular unit
  • An entrepreneurial approach, paired with a collaborative, humble, and results-driven approach
  • Profficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation Range: $159,695 - $229,425 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
