We’re searching for a Account Coordinator with an enthusiasm for the pharmaceutical and healthcare space for a leading BioPharma Client. This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing team at Publicis Health Toronto (PHT).

The Account Coordinator will have a strong interest in the creative process from brief though to production, to ensure projects are executed on time and on budget. Working closely with Account Managers within a Production environment, the Account Coordinator will help support project schedules, resources and workflows on a variety of projects.

The Account coordinator will assist on the end-to-end project workflow, the delivery of high quality and efficient work, while mitigating risks and working quickly to resolve any issues that arise.


Responsibilities

  • Support projects from end to end - starting with the strategy brief through to asset delivery.
  • Work with strategy, creative, account management, and production teams to ensure smooth delivery of assets and deliverables, while also facilitating inter-departmental communication between teams.
  • Partner with creative resources management and production departments to ensure collaboration and support innovative and award-winning creative ideas.
  • Delivery of your work to the highest possible standard.
  • Ensure assigned work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Proactively communicate project information to all stakeholders involved, ensuring any changes to the project scope are communicated.
  • Flag potential impacts to timings and estimates, ensuring they are revised accordingly.
  • Help to nurture cross-functional agency relationships and be a problem solver.
  • Consistent involvement in status and creative meetings, ensuring action steps are always communicated.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience working as a coordinator in an agency environment.
  • Experience in the pharma advertising industry would be considered an asset
  • A history of supporting project plans and delivering projects within deadlines and against budgets.
  • Solid understanding of creative processes and agency functions.

Additional information

Salary
Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $55,000-$60,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
