Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support media and advertising recruitment across our agencies on a 3-month contract. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on agency recruitment experience who can manage searches with guidance, partner closely with hiring teams, and deliver a strong candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will work alongside senior recruiters and HR partners to help meet short-term hiring needs across media disciplines.


Responsibilities

· Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level to mid-level media and advertising roles with support

· Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines

· Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking

· Conduct initial resume reviews and candidate screens

· Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

· Support job posting creation and recruitment marketing efforts

· Ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience throughout the process

· Assist with recruitment reporting and short-term hiring projects as needed


Qualifications

· 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or agency recruitment

· Media, advertising, or creative agency experience required

· Experience recruiting for media roles (planning, buying, strategy, digital) is an asset

· Comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter

· Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and support team priorities

· Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices

Nice to Have

· Previous contract recruitment experience

· Exposure to high-volume or project-based hiring

· Familiarity with Publicis agencies or similar holding company environments

Salary

Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $70-$80,000 per year. prorated to the 3 month tenure. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
