Overview
We are seeking a data-driven Business Analyst to support strategic client business decisions through reporting, analysis, and insights. This role focuses heavily on pulling data, building reports, and translating complex information into clear recommendations that help clients optimize performance and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
- Pull, validate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources
- Create recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations for clients and internal collaborators
- Analyze trends, performance metrics, and targets to find opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement
- Translate data findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Support client-facing teams with data analysis for planning, forecasting, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business objectives and reporting needs
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of data and reporting outputs
- Automate and improve reporting processes where possible
- Clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree. Business, Analytics, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or reporting-focused role
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to interpret data and tell a compelling story with numbers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment
- Familiarity with CRM, financial, or operational data systems
- Experience supporting long-term planning or executive decision-making
- Knowledge of data visualization protocols
- Industry-specific experience (e.g., marketing, finance, healthcare, SaaS)
