Overview
The Senior Vice President, Human Resources will serve as the lead strategic HR Business Partner primarily supporting our Sales and Business Development teams, ensuring talent strategy directly supports growth, revenue, and competitive advantage. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders to enable high-performance teams, develop future talent strategies, strengthen leadership capability, anticipate organizational needs, and foster a culture of accountability.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior HR advisor to Sales and Business Development leaders and teams.
- Influence senior leader stakeholders, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance optimization.
- Support engagement strategies, employee listening programs, and change management initiatives.
- Oversee leadership development, talent reviews, succession planning, and coaching initiatives.
- Drive performance management processes, including annual reviews and performance improvement plans.
- Manage complex employee relations issues.
- Partner with Compensation team on salary review cycles and annual bonus planning.
- Assist Growth Operations team in managing sales commission plans.
- Leverage data and insights to connect talent metrics to business outcomes.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance to mitigate risk and maintain consistent policy execution.
- Mentor and develop other HR team members.
- Ad hoc projects as necessary.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including significant time in advertising, marketing, media, and high performance sales or growth organizations; or related industries strongly preferred.
- Proven success leading through business transformation or operating model shifts.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and influence senior leaders and navigate complex, matrixed environments.
- Deep expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership development.
- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and partner at the senior leadership level.
- Experience in a matrixed, global organization is highly desirable.

Compensation Range: $230,000 - $265,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
