Overview
We are looking for a Manager, Solutions Enablement to join our Commerce Technology team. This candidate will work with multiple agency clients as the main point of contact for internal and external users, interfacing with agency teams, and acting as a key champion for the end user. The Manager, Solutions Enablement will be responsible for bringing our capabilities to life with new and existing users and will be required to thoroughly understand business application, end user experiences and data inputs/outputs of the system.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end users through the onboarding process; including understanding the team’s infrastructure, ways of working, data requirements and applying our products to their specifications.
- Understand the inner workings of our technical solutions enabling you to identify where the capabilities can serve our clients today and in the future.
- Accurately receive in data from clients and translate those data points into inputs for key product features.
- You will work closely with several cross functional teams and manage day-to-day projects, including transferring key client details to our technical product team.
- Strong comfort level in gathering client needs, drafting a project scope, and creating various client facing presentation materials through MS Office Suite. High comfort level leading meetings, product demonstrations and trainings.
SKILL SETS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, analytics, technology, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of marketing, advertising, or technology sales and/or implementation experience – candidate should be comfortable working with proprietary technology, data, working with clients to identify their needs then translating that to internal teams. Project management experience in a technical environment is a plus.
- Ability to summarize and communicate information visually using PowerPoint and throughout any written communication.
- Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences
- Strategic thinking in the development of technology implementation and integration and management of day-to-day business
- Sound decision making skills based in agency, client, and industry knowledge
- Passion about business and dissatisfaction with status quo – always thinking of ways to improve/grow the business
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Skills in Excel, PowerPoint
