Overview
The HR Coordinator provides essential administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role focuses on accuracy, organization, and timely execution of HR processes to create a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Working with the HR Generalist to manage onboarding logistics, including contracts and HR orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and physical/electronic files.
- Support recruitment process by ensuring updated team status documents with details by partnering with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Administer freelancer process (approvals, contracts, vendor setup, invoicing).
- Assist with compliance training tracking
- As needed, Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Provide administrative support for performance review programs.
- Assist with other projects as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ years in HR or office administration.
- Post-secondary education in HR or related field.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
