Overview

Payer Sciences uses advanced analytics and data-driven evidence to generate innovative strategies that help our pharmaceutical clients succeed in today’s complex and dynamic managed care marketplace. Simply put, we enable our clients to target and maximize interactions with reimbursement stakeholders that yield optimal coverage. Responsibilities

You’re the kind of studio artist and designer who knows a killer presentation is more than just pretty slides—it’s storytelling, strategy, and style. You bring ideas to life with polish, precision, and a little bit of flair. You’re quick to learn, eager to grow, and always ready to turn a deck into a showstopper. You’ve got 2–4 years in the industry, 2–4 years in a design role (pitch decks, client facing decks, brand storytelling—yes please) and you have ninja-like skills Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the visual approach from kickoff to final delivery
  • Present brand-aligned design options with range and precision
  • Lead moderate-scale projects and manage timelines independently
  • Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
  • Spot upsell opportunities and contribute to strategic growth
  • Champion the team’s creative purpose and help shape its evolution


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of brand systems and ability to support strategy
  • 2-4 years in a design role, specializing in presentation design
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and the ever-evolving creative toolset, including AI
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • A steady presence who smooths over minor conflicts and builds trust
  • Demonstrates values of collaboration, dedication, and creative consistency

Compensation Range: $79,990.00 - $125,925.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
