We are seeking an experienced SAP Project System (PS) Consultant to join our team, bringing a strong mix of business consulting, functional analysis, and hands-on SAP delivery expertise. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, leading SAP PS solution design and delivery while ensuring tight integration with SAP FI and related modules. You will work closely with SAP users, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable, best-in-class SAP solutions across project-based business processes.

Business Consulting & Solution Design

• Act as a lead SAP PS consultant in requirements gathering, functional design, documentation, configuration, and solution architecture.
• Translate business requirements into effective SAP PS solutions, aligned with financial, logistical, and reporting needs.
• Serve as a thought leader for SAP PS, promoting standardization, best practices, and continuous process improvement.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a business analyst for SAP users, ensuring strong engagement and clear communication across business and IT teams.
• Manage relationships with SAP users, internal stakeholders, and third-party system providers.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and solution walkthroughs to align business expectations with SAP capabilities.

Technical & Hands-On Delivery

• Lead and execute SAP PS configuration, testing, and deployment activities across the full solution lifecycle.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP PS and SAP FI, SD, and MM, covering end-to-end processes such as project costing, budgeting, settlements, and financial reporting.
• Support system integration with external platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ADP, HFM, TMS, Readsoft) where required.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and post-go-live support.

Technical Experience

• Strong SAP consulting experience with a primary focus on SAP PS.
• Proven experience in SAP PS configuration, including WBS structures, networks, milestones, budgeting, cost planning, settlement, and reporting.
• Significant experience in SAP FI and its integration with PS, SD, and MM (P2P, C2O, R2R).
• Solid functional knowledge of SAP FI modules (FI-GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Asset Accounting) and basic Controlling concepts such as assessments and distributions.
• Experience participating in at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations, enhancements, or rollouts.
• Experience designing or supporting interfaces between SAP and external systems (e.g., Salesforce, ADP, HFM).

Soft Skills & Competencies

• Ability to work end-to-end with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
• Experience balancing project delivery and BAU support in complex SAP environments.
• Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and driving best practices.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with HFM, TMS (Treasury Management Systems), and other third-party solutions such as ADP, Salesforce, and Readsoft.
• Exposure to or educational experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly regarding its impact on Finance and Project System.
